Bibingka

1/2 cup butter
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
8 ounces sour cream
14 ounces coconut cream or milk
14-16 ounces glutinous rice flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt

Preheat your oven to 350F.

Cream the butter, sugar and eggs. Add remaining ingredients and blend well. Pour into baking pan and bake for 40-50 minutes.
