English Muffin Bread

6 cups warm water
2 tablespoons instant dry yeast
2 tablespoons salt
3 tablespoons sugar
4 pounds all purpose or bread flour

Mix all together and spoon
into 4 9×5 well-greased loaf pans. Let it rise until double in size. Bake at 350°F until golden brown or about 35 minutes. Then, brush with butter.
